**NEWS RELEASE: ** THE PLANNING COMMISSION QUORUM PRESENT TODAY VOTED UNANIMOUSLY TO DENY SPECIAL PLANNING APPROVAL FOR THE SCOPE OF OPERATIONS APPLIED FOR BY HOLIDAY TRANSITIONAL CENTER FOR 1805 GOVERNMENT STREET PARCEL.
(The next step in Mobile's process is an appeal to the City Council. Failure to prevail there requires filing for relief in Circuit Court. Further research will be needed to determine steps within the judicial system from there.)
