LHDNO Caretaker Group
The Caretaker Group is a temporary group of Leinkauf Residents who have volunteered to help in the effort to reboot and reorganize Leinkauf Historic District Neighborhood Organization (LHDNO)
The primary goals of the Caretaker Group are as follows:
1. Maintain and protect the organization's financial affairs until a Board of Directors and Executive Officers are elected. The Caretaker Group does not have the authority to withdraw funds from the PNC bank account or commit to any expenses.
2. Communicate progress regarding the reorganization of LHDNO to the residents of Leinkauf.
3. Monitor and respond to inquiries received via email, social media, and the website.
4. Recruit former and new members.
5. Schedule a meeting for Leinkauf residents and members.
6. Establish a date for the election of board members.
Please note that these priorities may be amended once the Caretaker Group is formally established.
